Gabbett Group’s expansion plan in the South Island continues on track with the recent move into new premises in Woolston.
The purpose built showroom is more than double the previous showroom size, allowing a larger range of machines to be on display at all times. Gabbett Group have designed the showroom for both machinery display, as well as in house exhibitions and presentations.
Mike Hawkins, National Sales Manager gives us a rundown on what’s ahead. “Upcoming events include demonstrations of the latest generation of nesting machines and software. We’ll be releasing the new SCM edgebander with corner rounding, and continuing our focus on helping our customers increase production without the use of skilled staff. We’ll be demonstrating loading systems, electronic length stops and other automated loading and measuring equipment.”
In addition to the new building, there is a change in staff. The sales team has grown with the addition of a new staff member, adding to the many years experience in servicing, sales and supply of capital equipment throughout New Zealand which Gabbett holds.
