Universal Working Cell 3600 x 1800 (Demo 1)

The new high production solution for kitchen and commercial/furniture production using “Nested Based Manufacturing” The cell utilizes the new Morbidelli Universal 3618 CNC machine with automatic sheet loading, and automatic component unloading. Simultaneous edgebanding on the SCM Olimpic K1000 Heavy-duty edgebander with SCM’s “nesting kit” allowing the processing of doors pre-drilled for hinges. The cell is coupled with the Mars automatic panel return; to complete the highly automated high performance working cell.

Pratix N12 Working Cell 2400 x 1200 (Demo 2)

The SCM Pratix is equipped with automatic component unloading, toolchanger and drilling unit. The latest from the world’s number one CNC manufacturer. Paired up will be the SCM K500R edgebander with interchangeable glue pots, onboard corner rounding, radius and flat glue scrapers. This cell will be demonstrated using kitchen design software to produce the manufacturing data for the machine cell. Components will be machined, edged and assembled showcasing the latest hardware developments out of Europe from Hettich and Blum.

Range of traditional machines for the workshop (Demo 3)

SCM’s Full range of traditional machines will be on display for the joiner producing kitchens and or timber joinery. We will be running a live displays producing double glazed joinery utilizing: TEN 220 Class Tenoner, F410N Surface Planer, S630 Thicknesser, TI 120N Tilting Spindle Moulder SIntex XL 4 sider, Sandya 5 wide belt sander, Masterwood OMB1V Mortiser, SI400 Nova Automatic panel saw, Tigerstop automated optimizing saw. An innovative software solution will also be presented. Its designed to suit custom kitchen production and timber joinery. It has the ability to link to CNC machines and kitchen design software to allow for future expansion in your business.
