After clicking the above link you will see a prompt to save or open the file - click on the Save button. When it asks you where to save the file make sure you save it directly to your Windows Desktop, as shown below.

When gabbettsupport.exe has finished downloading you will see an icon on your desktop similar to the one below.

Double click this icon on your desktop.

You will now be shown the Gabbett Quick Support screen showing your unique session ID (see example below).

Please read out the ID field to your Gabbett Technician and await further instructions.
